Responsibilities
Craft and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to spec
Help develop and refine the house cocktail menu with seasonal and Indonesian-inspired ingredients
Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and stock levels throughout the shift
Handle POS transactions accurately and responsibly
Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
On slower nights, assist with front-of-house duties such as seating, running food, or taking orders
Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized, and energetic environment
Qualifications
2+ years of bartending experience in a restaurant or bar
Smart Serve Certification (required)
Confident in classic cocktails, bar tools, and drink pacing
Strong communication and guest service skills
Willingness to learn about Indonesian flavors and culture
Comfortable working collaboratively with kitchen and floor staff
Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Open to occasional support roles outside the bar
