Key Responsibilities:
- Greet
clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression
- Schedule
appointments and manage the booking system efficiently
- Handle
client check-ins and check-outs, including payment processing
- Promote
spa services, packages, and current promotions
- Answer
phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services
- Support
spa staff and ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations
- Maintain
an organized, clean reception area
- Protect
client confidentiality and ensure a high standard of client care
- Assist
with light administrative tasks and social media when needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2
years of experience in a medical spa or similar customer service
role (required)
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional
appearance and demeanor
- Ability
to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong
computer skills; familiarity with booking software and social media
platforms
- Team
player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must
be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Reliable commute to Ajax, ON or willingness to relocate before starting
