Requirements:
- Process
and fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately to meet delivery
expectations.
- Pack
and prepare shipments following company standards to ensure products
arrive safely and in perfect condition.
- Monitor
order statuses and proactively communicate any delays or issues with
customers via phone and electronic messaging.
- Adjust
orders as needed to accommodate customer requests, product availability,
or special instructions.
- Investigate
and resolve shipping issues, including delays or lost packages, by
coordinating with third-party logistics providers.
- Ensure
proper documentation is completed for all shipments, returns, and order
modifications.
- Maintain
a clean, organised, and safe workspace, following all operational and
safety guidelines.
