Key Responsibilities
- Develop
and execute partner sales strategies to generate pipeline and drive
bookings.
- Monitor
market trends and competitor activity to anticipate industry shifts.
- Collaborate
with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, professional services) to
ensure partnership success.
- Manage
and grow existing alliances, identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Identify,
recruit, and onboard new partners aligned with Quadient’s strategic goals.
Your Profile
- Strong
track record of managing both strategy and tactical execution in a
collaborative, matrixed environment.
- Experience
working with partners, channels, and GSIs to develop programs that drive
awareness, demand, and sales.
- Excellent
listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- 5+
years in strategic alliances, business development, or partner management
within enterprise software or cloud ecosystems.
- Proven
success in managing and expanding partnerships.
- Deep
understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
- Bachelor’s
degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to travel: up to 25% domestic, 5% international.
