What You’ll Do:
Assist with the construction of decks, pergolas, fences, and other hardscaping projects.
Help with site preparation, including measuring, digging, and laying foundations for structures.
Carry out various construction tasks like mixing concrete, installing posts, and cutting materials.
Assist in the assembly and installation of deck boards, railings, and other components.
Assist in loading and unloading materials and products.
Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning and organizing work areas.
Operate hand tools and machinery as needed, following safety protocols.
Support team members in various construction or manufacturing projects.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with the team to complete projects to the highest standards and on schedule.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in construction or manual labor is an asset but not required.
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Physical strength and stamina, as the job involves lifting and manual labor.
A team player who enjoys working with others to achieve a common goal.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and machinery is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Available to work 12-hour shifts.
