Basic requirements:
An honest person with strong personal character;
At least three years’ experience as a warehouse associate
Professional attitude and ability to use initiative
Driver's License - Clean driving record and experience driving a cargo van (optional)
Clean Criminal record as check will be performed
Comfortable in using mobile technology and other computer systems
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and organize food packages based on orders.
Operate within a refrigerated warehouse environment (cold storage).
Label and prepare items for staging or shipping.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fridge and surrounding work area.
Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Report any damaged or expired items to the supervisor.
Cooperate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
Ability to work in cold environments (fridge/freezer conditions) for extended periods.
Physically fit and able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Previous warehouse or picking experience is an asset but not required.
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods during the shift.
