Duties
Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle.
Ensure that all items are delivered to the correct locations as per delivery schedules.
Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on delivery status and address any inquiries.
Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring safe handling of all products.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in both the delivery vehicle and warehouse.
Support warehouse operations by assisting with inventory management and organization when not on deliveries.
Requirements
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to perform heavy lifting, including moving boxes and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds +
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with commercial driving practices is a plus, though not required for this position.
A valid driver's license may be required depending on specific job duties.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary, to meet delivery demands.
