Key Responsibilities:
Adopt and champion Deloitte’s Marketing vision and mandate, showcasing leadership, agility, innovation, collaboration and a data-driven mindset.
Collaborate with the portfolio Senior Marketing Manager across the end-to-end marketing planning and execution process to design, execute and report on comprehensive annual marketing plans.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with business leaders, project managers, the broader Marketing team, and other key stakeholders.
Lead the execution and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, aligned with business goals, marketing plans, and KPIs, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Work closely with the portfolio Project Manager and the Marketing Specialist to ensure timely and successful delivery of complex, integrated multi-channel campaigns.
Develop clear and compelling business- and marketing-focused copy for a variety of campaign assets and collateral.
Collaborate with a diverse team of marketers from Creative, Digital, and Analytics, working together toward a shared vision and common objectives.
Coordinate campaign requirements, schedules and deliverables, proactively addressing changes or challenges.
Oversee cross-channel campaign performance, proactively optimizing results for efficiency and effectiveness across metrics and KPIs.
Analyze and report on campaign performance data to marketing leadership and business leaders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Oversee campaign budgets and marketing spend, ensuring compliance with Marketing and firm-wide processes.
Gather insights and conduct research to inform marketing and campaign strategies, making recommendations to business leaders, in collaboration with the portfolio Senior Marketing Manager.
Participate in Senior-level marketing and business meetings, presentations and workshops to articulate campaign strategies, tactics and results.
Contribute to advancing Deloitte’s marketing mandate through participation in task forces and special projects as required.
Lead, manage, and coach junior team members, providing direction, guidance, and quality performance reviews.
Lead by example and advocate for our Marketing ‘High Five’ culture, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Engage in marketing upskilling and continuous learning opportunities, both within and outside the firm.

You are someone with:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
6+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing complex campaigns.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and coaching junior staff.
Demonstrated experience writing effective copy for business audiences across multiple channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and communicating campaign data.
Proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High flexibility and ability to pivot work as necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Teams; experience with marketing automation platforms is an asset.
Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National teams and clients, English is required for the role.
