Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records and files.

  • Taking calls, emails, calling customers and Insurance Companies.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow across departments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position, preferably in an Insurance Brokerage setting.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

  • Proficient in using computer software for data entry, file management, and communication purposes.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in English, Hindi, Punjabi language.
