Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
Responding to client inquiries and assisting with scheduling needs
Reviewing time logs, invoices, and purchase orders for accuracy
Organizing and maintaining documents, filing, and photocopying
Assisting with administrative support across HR, accounting, and operations
Managing and maintaining organized records and documentation
Providing general office support and helping streamline day-to-day processes
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Friendly and professional when dealing with clients and colleagues
Strong attention to detail and ability to verify information
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset
