Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately

  • Responding to client inquiries and assisting with scheduling needs

  • Reviewing time logs, invoices, and purchase orders for accuracy

  • Organizing and maintaining documents, filing, and photocopying

  • Assisting with administrative support across HR, accounting, and operations

  • Managing and maintaining organized records and documentation

  • Providing general office support and helping streamline day-to-day processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Friendly and professional when dealing with clients and colleagues

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to verify information

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset
