Salary: Neg Per Hour
Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate, and maintain gardens and lawns
- Required to water plants as needed
- Soil and seed divots on driving range tee decks and golf course tee decks
- Prune and trim trees and shrubs on the golf course
- Cut greens with walkers and/or triplex (if no prior experience, open to training)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of horticulture program required
- Must have Whimis or be willing to obtain it
- Preferred if applicant has Health and Safety Part 1
- Minimum two years of experience as a landscape/gardener in the workforce
- Proven experience in gardening, landscape maintenance, or related field
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of garden care techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
