Job Responsibilities:
Planting, pruning, weeding, and watering flowers, shrubs, and trees
Lawn care including mowing, edging, and fertilizing
Pest and disease control using environmentally responsible methods
Seasonal garden planning and planting
Maintenance of garden tools and equipment
Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of all outdoor areas
Assisting with landscaping projects and garden design
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Valid G license with a clean driving record
Proven experience as a gardener or in a similar role
Knowledge of local plants, soil types, and climate conditions
Familiarity with gardening tools and machinery
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
Certification in horticulture or landscaping (preferred but not required)
