Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and close new business opportunities within the metal fabrication industry
Develop and execute strategies to grow Dy-tech’s customer base, focusing on key market segments
Leverage industry knowledge and relationships to open doors and build a strong sales pipeline
Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and build brand presence
Report on sales activity, pipeline development, and forecast revenue regularly
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a business development or account management role within the metal fabrication or closely related industry
Proven ability to bring in new business, ideally having transitioned clients from previous roles
Existing network of potential customers in manufacturing, defense, aerospace, automotive, or other metal-intensive industries a plus
Strong understanding of fabrication processes, capabilities, and customer needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunter mentality
