Salary: Neg Per Hour
Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark fence lines according to project specifications.
- Build and install various types of fencing materials including wood, vinyl, chain link and farm fencing.
- Assist with post hole drilling and setting posts in concrete.
- Attach fencing panels, gates, and hardware securely.
- Assist in deck frame and deck board installations.
- Operate hand tools and small power equipment (saw, drills, tampers).
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Load and unload materials on site.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow instructions and work efficiently with the team to complete projects on time.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress.
Requirements:
- Valid G driver’s license with reliable transportation to job sites or meeting points.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50-80 lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in fencing, decks, or construction is an asset but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
