RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform the reception and classification of materials;
Validate the technical documentation upon reception;
Optimize space in the warehouse;
Prepare documentation for shipment;
Verify the accuracy of inventories and make adjustments as required in the computer system;
Perform and coordinate the repair and disposal of materials;
Carry out transactions from inventory system;
Purchase tooling as required for site mobilizations;
Operate equipment such as a forklift.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Have relevant experience in warehousing;
Sense of organization and sense of responsibility;
Able to read, speak and write in English;
Rigor, attention to detail and ability to concentrate;
Team spirit;
Proactivity and versatility;
Good physical abilities (climbing and descending stairs frequently, lifting loads of up to 45 lbs);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software’s such as Outlook, Excel and word (experience with SAP will be considered an asset).
