Responsibilities
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products from trucks and containers.
Operate equipment such as compactors and destruction equipment.
Perform repetitive heavy lifting tasks, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.
Maintain organization within the warehouse.
Interact with clients in a cheerful, friendly and helpful manner.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Participate in training sessions to enhance mechanical knowledge and operational skills.
Requirements
Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
