Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Organize, label, and store materials in designated locations.
Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for designers and project teams.
Ensure accurate labeling and documentation for outgoing shipments.
Team Collaboration:
Assist designers and project managers with material requests.
Communicate delays or shortages to the procurement team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods of time.
