Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
Manage accounts by building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business development and technical sales initiatives.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Utilize technology tools to track marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience in account management is highly desirable.
Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales processes is a plus.
Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a proactive approach to business development.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.
