Essential functions include:
Handle all courier processing as per our standard operating procedures and customer requirements
Processing all outbound courier material, including picking, inspecting, loading, counting and processing the courier shipments.
Verifying the accuracy of the physical shipment against the courier system.
Documenting any variances found during the process.
Working with all departments to ensure a smooth courier process.
Recording any discrepancies and reporting them to the DC Manager and appropriate departments.
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous warehouse courier experience in a distribution environment
High-level MS Office skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
College certificate in supply chain/logistics preferred
