Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, rail systems integration, and program management, with a focus on large-scale transportation projects preferred.
Certifications: PMP, ITIL v4, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) preferred.
Proven experience deploying enterprise platforms and tools such as Azure, ServiceNow, Jira, and Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred.
Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, governance, and cross-functional leadership.
Demonstrated ability to lead mission-critical projects within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
