Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering calls.
Maintain student records and handle document filing (digital and paper-based).
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Provide support to the counseling and admissions teams.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing.
Requirements:
Diploma or certificate in administration or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in an office support or receptionist role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
