Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations on the job site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to guide construction activities.
Utilize construction management tools for project tracking and documentation.
Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for projects, ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.
Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication throughout the project.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential; masonry restoration experience is highly recommended
Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and techniques
Ability to read blueprints and schematics an asset
Experience with quality control measures in a construction setting is preferred
Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance improvement
