Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document management.

  • Assist the marketing team with content updates, social media coordination, and promotional materials.

  • Contribute to marketing initiatives such as event preparation, material distribution, and campaign tracking

  • Support documentation and data entry for finance and accounting tasks

  • Help organize company events, meetings, and client communications.

  • Perform other general office duties as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

  • Assist with various projects and corporate events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in in Marketing, Accounting/Finance, or Business Administration major.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles or financial processes is an asset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team

  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt

  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
