Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage calls and emails relating to order inquiries
- Supervise remote Order Entry Team and Art Department to ensure client’s requests are met
- Assign and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
- Work with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues
- General administrative duties such as collecting payment and invoicing
Schedule
- Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm
- May need to work additional hours remotely in the evening based on order volume
Experience and Skill Required
3 years or more of customer service experience
Zoho CRM experience preferred but not necessary
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Typing speed of at least 60 Words Per Minute (test required)
Would be a strong asset if you have the following:
Valid G license and reliable transportation
Experience in the promotional industry
Experience with Adobe Illustrator
Experience in the printing industry
