Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage calls and emails relating to order inquiries
  • Supervise remote Order Entry Team and Art Department to ensure client’s requests are met
  • Assign and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Work with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues
  • General administrative duties such as collecting payment and invoicing

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm
  • May need to work additional hours remotely in the evening based on order volume

Experience and Skill Required

  • 3 years or more of customer service experience

  • Zoho CRM experience preferred but not necessary

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Typing speed of at least 60 Words Per Minute (test required)

Would be a strong asset if you have the following:

  • Valid G license and reliable transportation

  • Experience in the promotional industry

  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator

  • Experience in the printing industry
