Responsibilities:
Customer service skill and computer skill needed
Call potential customers on daily basis
Receive orders and process with Quickbook, prepare invoice and packing slip and package to ship out
Process different online sales platform orders (Rona/Amazon)
Answer customer inquiry and verify order over phone calls or email
No heavy labor required, attention and patience needed, answer inquiry over phone calls or email
Editing pictures skill is a strong asset
Skill required:
Strong computer skill preferable (excel, word, email)
College or University degree
English fluent
Attentive & patient
Positive and hard-working attitude
