Responsibilities
Perform regular bank and cash reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and scheduling payments
Monitor and manage inventory on a daily basis
Place orders with suppliers as needed
Invoice customers via the Shopify platform
Coordinate deliveries to customers and from suppliers
Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to management
Requirements
Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (highly preferred)
Experience with bank and account reconciliation, budgeting, and financial auditing
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
