Some of the duties include:
Coaching and training Guest Services Agents
Performing Guest Services Agents duties as required including check in/out, reservations and settling guest accounts.
Create a memorable experience for all guests.
Oversee Emergency situations and procedures.
Turn challenges into opportunities with innovative and creative problem-solving.
Scheduling of front desk staff
Other duties as assigned.
