Some of the duties include:

  • Coaching and training Guest Services Agents

  • Performing Guest Services Agents duties as required including check in/out, reservations and settling guest accounts.

  • Create a memorable experience for all guests.

  • Oversee Emergency situations and procedures.

  • Turn challenges into opportunities with innovative and creative problem-solving.

  • Scheduling of front desk staff

  • Other duties as assigned.

Schedule:
