Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Bookkeeper to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about customer care, and possesses strong accounting and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Duties:

Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, and email

Schedule appointments and coordinate repair timelines with customers

Provide updates on repair status and ensure a smooth service experience

Handle inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Bookkeeping Duties:

Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable
-
Reconcile bank statements and manage invoices
-
Prepare financial reports for management review
-
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using accounting software
-
Assist with payroll processing and month-end reporting
Qualifications & Skills
-
Proven experience in customer service and bookkeeping (auto industry experience is a plus)

Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
