We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, highly organized, and committed to delivering excellent service. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients looking for support with their student loan options and repayment strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries regarding student loans and repayment plans

Provide clear and accurate information about available loan services and government programs
-
Assist clients with completing documentation and submitting applications

Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued support

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience

Meet performance metrics related to client satisfaction and service delivery
Qualifications
-
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

Knowledge of student loan systems or financial services is an asset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable working with sensitive financial information

Bilingualism is a plus but not required
