Duties
Perform concrete work and related tasks
Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Operate small equipment safely and effectively
Follow instructions from supervisors
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.
Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site.
Willingness to travel as needed
Working outdoors in remote locations
Skills
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods out doors
Basic knowledge of construction methods and tools
Ability to read blueprints
Concrete Experience
Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team.
Good communication skills to interact with team members effectively.
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction tasks.
Must have a valid drivers licence
