Junior Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Salary: Neg Per Hour



Duties:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
  • Conduct account analysis and assist with budgeting
  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
  • Utilize accounting software such as Sage, Xero, etc., to maintain financial records
  • Provide administrative support in other areas as necessary

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using accounting software like Sage, Xero, etc.
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Word & Powerpoint
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and account reconciliation
  • Ability to perform bank reconciliations and account analysis effectively

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Experience with budgeting processes
  • Familiarity with various accounting software programs
  • Previous exposure to financial reporting
