Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter customer orders into the company’s system, ensuring all product specifications, quantities, and deadlines are correct.
  • Process and verify orders, including pricing, product details, and delivery requirements.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping information, and any potential delays or issues.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding product information, order updates, and general questions.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders and customer interactions simultaneously.
