Areas of
Responsibility
- Always ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work
environment to foster employee happiness and productivity.
- Dedicated to providing outstanding service at every
turn to truly elevate our guest experience.
- Operation of equipment including leaf blowers, string
trimmers, power-tools, zero-turn mowers, sweepers, utility vehicle, small
tractors, etc.
- Planting and maintaining of trees/shrubs/perennial and
annual gardens.
- Maintaining cleanliness of grounds, buildings, and
their parking lots.
- Maintaining efficiency of irrigation systems, and
mobile watering.
- Provide general laborer support where necessary.
Qualifications:
- Positive work ethic and punctuality.
- Embrace early mornings Monday-Friday, and some
Saturdays when required.
- Physical ability to carry out all duties common to the
grounds maintenance industry including repetitious tasks, mowing,
gardening, digging, lifting, etc.
- Ability to perform tasks to completion both in a team
and independent environment within budgeted timelines.
- Positive attitude, effective critical thinking, and
communication skills.
- Previous golf course or landscaping experience are
beneficial but not necessary.
- CSA approved safety shoes/boots.
- Possess a valid Driver's License.
