Responsibilities
- Support to the consultant team
- Support to the proposal team
- Receive, direct and relay telephone and
fax messages. Take adequate messages when required
- Assist in travel arrangements if required
- Assist in security clearance management
- Assist in training bookings &
certificate issuance.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of
meetings, trainings and social events
- Assigning and tracking project numbers as
required
- Compile data and prepare a variety of
reports, if required.
- Recommend actions to resolve
discrepancies.
- Investigate questionable data.
- Other administrative duties as required.
Education and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Quick Books experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Verbal and written communication skills a
must.
- Attention to detail and ability to
multi-task a must
- Requires minimum 2-3 years’ experience
