. Responsibilities:
Accounts payable:
· Scan or download vendor invoices that into Process folder
· Enter voucher header and detail information
· Submit all vouchers with discrepancies to management for approval
· Request copies of missing packing slips in a timely manner
· Request copies of vendor invoices for all pending packing slips in
a timely manner
· Request copies of vendor invoices for all unvouched purchase order
receipts in a timely manner
· Review vendor statements and request any missing documentation
· Follow-up on vouchers submitted for approval. Resolve Denied Vouchers.
· Enter all Vendor Credits (MDRs)
· Respond to vendor inquiries
Customer Invoices and customer receipts:
· Processing memo invoices at the direction of the controller
· Enter customer receipts
· Scan all signed packing slips and deposit slips into OnRamp
· Follow up on past due invoices
· Respond to customer inquiries
Non production purchasing for production
consumables:
· Maintaining purchase orders for production consumables and release
Kanban orders
· Process receipts for vending
· Follow up on released orders
Additional clerical support for
· Order office and training room supplies
· Other special projects as needed
Education & Qualifications
· Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
· Excellent communication skills- fluency in speaking, reading and
writing English is a must.
· Experience with ERP systems – Must have
Proficiency in MS Office products
· Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships
with external partners
· Must be organized and able to balance multiple priorities appropriately
· Must be goal-focused and committed to completing tasks
. Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability
. Detail-orientated, highly motivated, patient and diligent
Experience with cross functional work
environment. Work collaboratively with finance, engineering, production and
quality.
